Akhirnya tidak bisa menahan untuk tidak berkomentar soal syariat Islam di NAD setelah membaca Harian Serambi edisi Rabu (19/10) dan Jumat (21/10) kemarin, selain edisi-edisi sebelumnya.

Di edisi Rabu itu diberitakan soal ditangkapnya seorang janda tua-”keturunan”-korban tsunami-berusia 60 tahun-penjual nasi (Ny. Fhm) di Meulaboh, Aceh Barat, yang tetap membuka usahanya di bulan Ramadhan oleh polisi syariat (Wilayatul Hisbah, petugas pengawas syariat Islam), setelah menerima laporan dari masyarakat sekitar. Petugas berkekuatan 20 personil melakukan operasi penertiban sebuah warung milik seorang janda tua. Sebelumnya memang ada peraturan bahwa selama bulan Ramadhan dilarang untuk berjualan makanan di siang hari.

In the middle of chat with a friend, he used a smiley to express his thought. Hmm.. smiley isn’t a new issue. What crossed in my mind was a dirty smiley like “fart”, feels like I wanted to give him a fart. After googling I found that this is also not a new idea but I don’t satisfied with available smilies: . I like a smiley with butt face – – but I think it doesn’t represent a flatus.

I also don’t know if this smiley is original or not, but what do you think about this shortcut for “fart”

Living in the earthquake zone makes you always try to find information about the earthquake happens in the area. After 5.8 RS quake yesterday, as always I visit government’s earthquake monitoring office site, but what I found was quite shook me (I wasn’t surprised tho’). It was defaced.. well, its not so critical, the cracker was only put his name and an image from other site displayed in this govt owned site. What a shameful thing is they let the image shows more than 24hrs, even when I wrote this story I still found that cracked part.

Biasanya gue jarang salah nilai orang.. bukannya gue sok bener atau sok jadi dukun.
Kali ini gue kecolongan… jadi berlarut2 gini masalah. kredibilitas profesionalisme gue jadi dipertanyakan.. harus siap2 nih ngadepin org yg jauh2 dtg dari separo dunia belah sono utk marah2in gue.

Reading this article, reminds me of my childhood. I was scared to death reading newspaper article said that the earth rotation is going slower. I read somewhere on Koran that when the doomsday come the earth rotate slower and finally stop (I don’t know it’s true or not, ’cause since then I haven’t read any Surah telling this story).

I couldn’t sleep that night.

Not satisfied with my current official media, I create this site to express my thoughts, ideas and experiences.

After searching some web apps and hosting I decided to use free blog site for cheaper and easier maintenance.

Geez….. I don’t even remember I have this blogger.com account. I’ve registered almost five years ago, and submit only two posts to my -now dead- blog site before I switched to my own (?) blog apps.

I choose all vowels in my full name as the address. And it sounds like “Waiyoo!!”, a surprised expression of my ticklish bike racer friend.
